Project Manager Full Time

The Role:

• Strongly lead cross-functional teams in delivering business critical programs or projects.
• Define project priorities/business requirements to manage project scope, budget, resources and delivery risks.
• Ensure projects are implemented in compliance with internal procedures and policies.
• Build & maintain strong working relationships with IT and business stakeholders for project delivery and control.
• Efficiently create, manage and maintain projects in high quality and timely manner.

Required Skills:

• 5 or more years’ experience managing business critical projects end to end.
• 3 or more years in the insurance industry.
• Past experience specifically managing large scale programs or projects.
• Japanese Language Skills: Native / Fluent
• English Language Skills: Fluent / Business
