IT Operations Specialist / Manager (Hotel Industry)

The Role:
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT issues for internal employees and guests
• Perform upgrades and apply patches to Operational Systems where appropriate
• Ensure the execution and tracking of rollouts on a timely basis
• Monitor and oversea helpdesk/desktop support staff
• Support Infra and applications
• Implement best practices and suggest enhancements.
• Monitor effective flow of issue management amongst Continent Support Desk, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
Required Skills:
• Experience in hotel IT operations Management
• Experience in Active Directory, Security and user troubleshooting
• Desktop Operating IT and Desktop Management
• Troubleshooting experience in Outlook emails and other connected mobile devices.
• General knowledge of LAN Networks.
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
