Sales Admin Full Time

A global security vendor is looking for a Sales Admin for their office in Japan. Our client is a small company with very good working environment.

The Role:

• Assist sales team with assigned tasks and support the daily operations
• Answer and address inbound inquiries from partners and direct customers
• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
• Identify complexities or unique scenarios, and propose process updates for resolution
• Work efficiently and logically to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Experience learning complex internal systems and gaining proficiency quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in problem identification, analysis, action planning, and execution
• Ability to build strong relationships across multiple departments and externally with customers
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Japanese Language Skills: Native
• English Language Skills: Business
