Program Manager Full Time

The Role:

• Be the IT Delivery Leader for the program and point-of-contact for all Program Delivery topics.
• Lead a core team of Business Analysts, Test Manager, Technical Architect, and Project Managers.
• Prepare the Program Management Plan covering scope, schedule and costs.
• Manage multiple projects and deliveries across several teams.
• Work with internal and external partners / vendors.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years’ professional IT experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management role.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of project/program management concepts and SDLC process.
• Japanese Language Skills: Business
• English Language Skills: Business
