• Multitasking support for VIP Executive and their Teams.
• Support PC’s, network, printers, Skype/Teams and VMR meeting, mobile, iPad and Apple watch, MDM, VTC.
• Upgrade/update of PCs and mobile.
• Training and documentation for new systems, place orders for wireless devices.
• Creation and monitor tickets from cradle to grave for faster resolution (ServiceNow).
Required Skills:
• Experiences in Helpdesk or Service desk
• Hands-on technical experience with solving PC, Printer, Network related issues and Service Now.
• Experience with remote access and remote-control tools to support remote users
• Strong service-oriented mentality
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business Level
